In 2000, he founded Demola Akande & Co, a highly successful law practice based in Lagos, Nigeria. Ademola Akande’s academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, in 1986, followed by a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) from the same institution in 1991. His dedication to legal excellence culminated in his call to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1992.
